FYI - if anyone wants to go night trail running, Josh and I still go MWF at 6pm.  Not so much in the national forest anymore because we were going to get arrested ha ha.  So now mostly Echo Mtn, Mt Wilson, La Canada horsetrails, and the lower arroyo.  We are open to running all kinds of paces, so feel free to post if you are looking for nighttime running partners.
 
Joy, what trails are you running (carlos posted something about trail running earlier)?  We are always looking for new places to explore!
