Natalie, Im doing it.  I developed a light strain in my calf from a track workout last Wednesday, then thinking it was healed, I totally jacked it while going for a trail run in Yosemite this past weekend.  I havent run since Sunday.  You'll probably beat me.  I plan on walk/running it.  I would just bag the race, but I hate paying for a race then not doing it.
