Welcome, Your about to become an eSnail on our forum. The eSnails grew out of A Snails Pace Running Club; the best running club in Southern California, To Become an eSnail there is no requirement to be a club member. Our membership includes current club members as well as runners who moved out of the area and use the eSnails Forum to keep in contact with friends, runners who run with other clubs, runners enrolled in one of the Snails Pace Training Camps and even non runners who are just looking for a great place to get advice and pointers on how to begin running. By joining this group you agree, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this forum. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Any a Snails Pace origination including the clubs, shops, training programs, etc and this website, and any related websites to this website. We also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of legal action arising from any information posted by you.
